Us again

Yoyoyo...it's us again preparing ourselves for the upcoming exciting event.
our new hair style

...

Later in the evening...I got cut
trying to stop the bleeding using the ice....grrrr.... instructed by ex-PBSM Sexy Choc Cony
had to sit down as I lost quite a lot of blood
That's just a part of it and it was still bleeding

last last we went to hospital in the end. Got one stitches.

Not a good experience going under the knife while I'm awake.

By the way, the cut was from the knife. I was trying to sharpen the knife but my attention was on AJ and the knife slipped off and landed on my second finger and off it went quite deep within my flesh. haih...That's me for being clumsy & careless.

Roach bites!

Ouch! I've been bitten...by a roach. At exactly 10 mins to 2 am this morning, I was woken by this extreme pain (needle pain) in my left skull. Gently brushing my hair with my sleeping left hand and NEVER would I thought to feel something awkward. It's not my hair! I quickly whisked it away without wasting any MILISECONDS in the dark because I KNOW IT'S NOT HAIR. It doesn't belong to part of me. NOT A THING! Quickly switched on the lights to find out what is that and I noticed a cockroach in my bolster.

It's a young teenage roach!

Roach!

A roach bit me head!

I've been sleeping here for the past 2 months and never did I came across needless to say of all the oxygen that I breathed for the 27 odd years I would ever ever ever know that COCKROACH BITES!

Why he bit? Why me? Why my head?

Was it be a revenge for his mother / father / brother / sister / cousin? I saw a cockroach in the living room before I went to bed few hours earlier so I killed it. Weird enough, I have also ensured that nothing could pass through the gap between the door and the floor. So basically I don't really know how he could get in just to avenge for his family?

Or was it from the smell of my hair that hasn't been washed for more than 24 hours? Oiii. Don't yuck me. Ask any girls around you and I'm pretty sure most girls would says they wash their hair every 2-3 days. I wash mine every alternate days. Depends on what activity, say I sweat too much or passed by smokey environment or oily cooking. Then I would wash it even I just had it yesterday. For hygiene purpose.

Thinking back, I tingled uncomfortably. Flashing back the incident everytime the pain indeed making my flesh my hair creeps. I couldn't sleep properly after just in case it would come back again. So I woke up every few hours to double check. Checked AJ is ok before I went back to sleep.

Thanks be to Lord that I'm still fine after the bite. Please God. Don't make this incident reoccur again.

Shoo roach....

Careful! Roach does bites.

Yuck!

What a bad experience!

Blue Monday

Had iced lemon tea & chicken floss mee for supper yesterday night & ended up having broken sleepless nights yesterday. T.T I knew it! I knew it! How can I be so stupid by drink caffeine drink at night knowing that I’ll be awake for the whole night after that? Oh dear…this is the most stupid mistake of the day, isn’t it?

With just a drop of the caffeine, it made me staying awake all night and yes, it’s frustrating having the need to go to work the next day with the lack of sleep!

The good thing is I’m not alone..kekeke….Jimmy too…buahaha…while AJ sleeping soundly & peacefully at one corner with lying on his stomach & drooling somemore! I was wondering what he’s dreaming about? So both of us ended up turning around on the bed trying to get some sleep.

We managed to get to sleep... it was nearly 2 or 2 something I believed. Peaceful sleep at last then suddenly, AJ cried every few minutes in dawn. Argggh!!!! I was nearly on the verge to bump me head to the wall because I couldn't sleep properly.

Why AJ cried? He has been coughing for the past few days and it's getting worse. Broken nights for him meaning he has difficulty in breathing. meaning flu. flu & cough. Poor little fella.

*shyet* Mom & Cute ma are going to be upset seeing this. Then they'll go...eh siang lo, zho mian ti lou pan? neh neh neh bla bla bla....yeah..I shouldn't have said it, but I have already said it soooo whatever....

Rest assured, visited doc and confirmed sore throat. So medicine for the rest of the week.

I took a few photos using my phone just now but I just realised I don't have the right cable to transfer them to my computer. ==" What a day.

'R.I.P' window

Thump! It felt like an earthquake. AJ dropped something? But shouldn't be felt like earthquake. Worrying sick wanting to know what happened, I had a peek look outside. Nothing-leh. Then I went to find where's AJ and what he's doing. and the next thing I saw was this...

closer look

Close your mouth. close your mouth.

We didn't know how it happened. Hubby tried to open the window to let the fresh air inside. The next thing he knew was the window went bang! RIP window T.T. Apparently the hinges went off even though it was just fixed 6 months ago. It's obvious that the repairman didn't completed it very nicely.

We had Ken over to help as hubby couldn't carry the heavy window and fixed it by himself. I watched helplessly because I myself don't have that kind of man energy and had to take care of AJ at the same time. Fortunately, we had the scafffolding outside (because of the repaint work) else the window will be smashed and the temporary framework managed to catch it in the nick of time. And then we would be sleeping with our eyes open with the open wide window tonight. T.T
Thanks to the framework, hubby and Ken managed to resurrect it temporarily
CPR - removing the hinges knob

Life-support machine - Ken connected the window to the hinges using long screws while hubby giving all his energy carrying the heavy window
wah...secured at last. At least we had it closed while our landlady get it repaired. Phew~~~

What a day. Thanks Ken for your big help!!!

OK. Enough of the 'soi' stuff. AJ had his photos taken by the professionals 2 weeks ago and they are sooo lovely I tell you! Honest. I'm not exaggerating. See them yourself. My cute sweet AJ~~~
chinese new year costume specially bought by his gugu, Alice
black & white style

And oh oh oh...Not to forget also...HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL DADDY IN THE WORLD. MY ENDLESS LOVE ESPECIALLY TO APOLLO, AH BUI AND AJ'S DAD, MY HUBBY.

Emo Valentine

I’m back. Back to reality. T___T

The holiday was amazing. Extremely superb! We grew closer day-by-day. Everybody enjoyed the company of AJ. So did AJ. He brought joy & happiness to the house. Everyone was smiling non-stop and laughing ka-ka-ka-ka all the time.

But I didn’t realized that the day we left Boleh-land has left everyone heartbroken. T___T The flight returning to UK was indeed horrible. The moment we (with my in-laws) at KLIA, we were all in tears. T___T We were speechless, hugging each other. Just like what Jimmy’s mom said in fuchow, “tieh gao wu yiang”…means weep until unrecognisable.

Everyone except Mr. Wong & AJ. ==”. AJ was sleeping (don’t know what is happening). Mr. Wong leh…he’s cruel enough not to shed any tears until when he’s out of idea to comfort his gf. I know Mr. Wong was crying inside. He had to comfort Alice so he has to hold on to that. I can see that everyone will be missing AJ the most.

The flight journey was unpleasant to be honest. I threw up twice during the journey. Poor Jimmy had to deal with AJ’s tantrum. I wasn’t aware until I heard this myself from Jimmy. AJ was sitting on Jimmy’s lap playing with the small tv. Then aiyoyo... naughty him pat an air hostess’s bottom as she passed by. As normal human would react, she turned over and immediately Jimmy pointed AJ. “It his doing not mine. I’m not taking the blame” Jimmy thought. Blessed~~~~

Right, the vomiting didn’t end just like that. We arrived at my friend’s on time. Then I had diarrhoea the next day. T___T We planned to drive back to Plymouth the next day but due to my sickness, we ended up arriving Plymouth nearly midnight.

A really unpleasant journey, I can say. My tears kept coming when I think of my family (the Ling’s and Lee’s). This is our first time celebrating Valentine’s day on the air but ended up to be an aweful and unforgettable Valentine. At least Alice got an expensive pressie from Mr. Wong. So jealous neh.

We woke up around 5 the next morning. Jet lag~~~~ Checked Alice and Connie’s blog. Alice’s post makes Jimmy and I burst to tears…again. Why oh why, Alice? Why do you have to post such an emo post making us sobbing?

Orite. Enough of this upsetting drama.

I still have a few days off allowing me enough time to adjust AJ’s jet lag and then catch up with UK’s life. Not to forget, back to blogging life. Hehe…

Coming up…we’ll show you how well did we enjoy our holiday, especially AJ. Watch this space!

Heartbreaking Thursday

It was like every other normal Thursday for the three of us. We left our residence 10 mins before 8. As usual, Jimmy dropped me off near my office and sent AJ to his nursery and then to his work.

Yet, this is not a normal Thursday. It’s my first day of the week going back to work. I had been staying at home caring AJ since Monday. He is very poorly since the weekend. Teething, fever, cough, cold, sore throat, diarrhoea, excessive eye discharge, vomit, no appetite. I am very saddened seeing him so upset. He would just want to have you holding him, doesn’t have the mood to play with his toys, and just laying his back on mine watching TV until he’s sleepy.

By Tuesday, he got better and was able to get back to his playful mood for a few hours in the evening. His appetite has improved on Wednesday. I decided to go back to work yesterday and send AJ back to meet his friends and carers in nursery.

It is indeed not a normal Thursday. As usual, Jimmy and AJ reach home approx 5:30 pm. Got into the house fine. The moment he entered the key to our flat’s door lock, he couldn’t turn the key to open the door. Weird…very weird. Tired for a few times. He thought at first it was the problem with the lock. Called me to ask if I have the back door key. I said yes but there is another back door key in the lock inside the door. Won’t be able to open from outside if there’s a key on the other side.

We then called Julia, our landlady representative, to arrange someone to change the lock. She also felt unusually bizarre. Jimmy picked me up so that he could get the back door key to get into the flat. Both AJ and I waited at the hallway in front. Jimmy went to back door. He gasped when he saw the back door was wide open. Walked past the store room, toilet, kitchen, bedroom...all very normal. Except...except...reach our big lounge, our lovely fabulous TV gone! TV~~~ TV~~~

OMG, it’s the TV~~~ It’s our very first 32” LCD HDTV bought about 3 months ago. We’re totally gobsmacked. We further checked our flat. We noticed that our bed sheet went missing as well. Went to kitchen, the small petite kitchen window is wide open. It’s so wide that an extremely thin person (a skinny kid) could climb in. That’s how the thief got in.

The flat front door was locked from inside. No wonder~~~ It must be the thief who locked the door so that they’ll know when someone’s trying to get in and then they have enough time to run away.

Next, Police! Police! Police! They came in investigate the case and then took some shoeprints. They couldn’t get any fingerprints as the thieves were wearing gloves. Julia came with Kevin to change the locks to our doors. Ritchie and Royston stopped by for a few hours before went back home in Rudolf’s car. It was about midnight when Jimmy and I were only able to get to bed.

Damn you, thief! Whoever you are! Stealing our first TV. I’ll remember you for life! I hope you won’t hurt the other innocent people. You will definitely get caught by police one day and get punishment for what you have done for.

Thinking back, I’m very grateful. Reason being, the thief might still was in the flat when Jimmy and AJ reach home. Else, they won’t just be taking the TV. We have PS2 just underneath the TV stand and a computer with 2 monitors in the lounge. And they’re still there in the same exact place. Jimmy and AJ must have just reach home in the nick of time.

What if? What if Jimmy met the thief (or thieves) face-to-face? Jimmy might get banged. They may hurt AJ! No, I can’t let them hurt my two most important men in my life. I would rather them taking the TV away and left them unhurt.

Despite all that, I’m still thankful that we’re all safe and sound...

Thank God.

But…my TV T____T
